The freshness guarantee on our roses
Roses are natural products. This means that not all roses are exactly the same. Some roses naturally have green petals on the outside of the bud or red spots on the edges of the petals (such as the Avalanche roses). This is completely normal and does not affect the quality. This will also be visible in the photos of the product you order.
We receive all roses directly from the grower. It is even possible that the roses are still a little closed when they are delivered to you. This is a very good sign, as it means you will enjoy them for longer! Follow the tips and place the roses in a vase. You will see them start to bloom within a few days! The roses are picked from the grower just before the desired delivery date, arranged and shipped. This way, we can be sure that you receive the freshest roses. The quality of the roses is checked by the grower, but also by our florists. We only send roses that we have assessed in advance and that are in perfect condition!
7-day freshness guarantee
We offer a 7-day freshness guarantee. You should be able to enjoy the roses we send you for at least 7 days, provided you have cared for them properly. We are confident enough to make that promise. How is that possible? Because our roses are so incredibly fresh. We have selected and tested all rose varieties. We know where the roses come from, we know the growers and we have confidence in the checks that are carried out.
Did you know that we often hear from customers that the roses sometimes stay beautiful in the vase for 3-4 weeks? Of course, this depends on factors such as how the roses are cared for, the weather and the temperature in the room where the bouquet is displayed. But it is certainly possible. That's how fresh our roses are!
Take good care of your roses
In order to offer this freshness guarantee and maintain the quality of our roses, it is important to take good care of them. Without care, the freshness of the roses is worthless. It is therefore important that you follow the care instructions included with the bouquet. Important to do:


- Ensure that the vase is thoroughly cleaned so that no bacteria can reach the roses.
- Cut the stems with a sharp knife; a blunt knife can crush the capillaries, preventing the roses from drinking.
- Remove any leaves from the stem. No leaves should be left in the vase because of bacteria, but the more leaves there are, the more water will go to the leaves instead of the rose.
- Always make sure there is enough fresh water in the vase.
- Keep fruit away from your bouquet of roses.

Did you order a fresh bouquet of roses?
A bouquet of fresh roses cannot be returned. Fresh products are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to their limited shelf life.
Did you order a long-life bouquet?
This can be returned. Once the bouquet has been returned to us in reasonable condition, we will contact you about returning the bouquet.
Did you order a vase, chocolate, champagne, wine or prosecco?
These can also be returned. Once they have been returned to us in reasonable condition, we will contact you about the return.
The costs for returning the items are at your expense.
If you return long-life roses or gift items such as chocolate, a vase, champagne, wine or a cuddly toy to us in reasonable condition, we will refund the amount paid for that item. You will receive confirmation of this by email with the credit note. The money will be refunded to the account used for payment. The money will then be credited to your account as soon as possible.
