The Avalanche roses from Surprose
The Avalanche roses from our webshop are grown in the Netherlands at van den Berg Roses in Delfgauw. The Avalanche rose is known among rose experts as an excellent rose. The buds of the Avalanche bloom completely open and have a long vase life, they remain beautiful for up to 14 days. With her large flower, enormous radiance and pure natural power it is not surprising that the rose is also popular with non-rose experts. For example, this rose is often used at coronations, royal weddings and VIP parties. But also in the interior, the Avalanche, with its various colors and powerful appearance, is an eye-catcher in the vase.
Did you know:
At Maxima's request, the church in Amsterdam where King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima were married on February 2, 2002, Peter van der Sluis teamed up to decorate the church completely with as many as 10,000 white Avalanche roses. There were also white Avalanche roses in the bridal bouquet. Peter van der Sluis, Master Floral Designer, has been helping us design the Surprose collection from day 1.
Avalanche, top-quality pastel-colored roses
The success story began with the white Avalanche rose. Subsequently, a family in multi-pastels was born with the same characteristics and appearance. In our webshop we sell, besides the Avalanche White, also the Avalanche Peach and the Avalanche Sweet. All of them are top quality roses. For all colors applies that the beautiful bud always blooms fully open to a large-flowered rose. The long strong stems of no less than 60 centimeters have remarkably few thorns and the fresh leaves are green and herbaceous. This makes these roses as a bouquet a showpiece in any room.
Each color has its own charm. The Peach Avalanche roses represent warmth, gratitude and enthusiasm. The peachy color combines very nicely with other Avalanche roses, such as the Sweet Avalanche and the classic white Avalanche. In our webshop you will find a beautiful example, namely the Pastelmix XL.
